What the guarantee does not cover.
Materials and manufacturer defects, normal wear, misuse, lack of maintenance, hidden conditions, later alterations, weather damage, and work performed by others are outside the guarantee. Loss or damage caused by events beyond reasonable control—including storms, flooding, hurricanes, lightning, fire, earthquakes, or other natural events—is not covered.
