A patio or other exterior flatwork area can have a mix of open surface, furniture footprints and edges next to the home or garden. We review the actual material and condition before confirming pressure washing. The scope identifies the patio or other suitable flatwork requested; driveway and walkway cleaning are distinct services with their own boundaries.
Old finishes, visible wear and differences between covered and exposed sections can affect the appearance after cleaning. Furniture or planters may also limit access to parts of the area. We discuss those conditions before work so cleaning is not mistaken for resurfacing, restoration or a promise to make all sections look identical.
During the working visit, show us the area and explain how it is used. We review surface suitability, access, the sections included and price before approval. The task does not include driveway or walkway washing, roof or siding washing, wood washing, chemical treatment or sealing. Complete stain removal, slip prevention and zero damage are not guaranteed.
For patio & flatwork pressure washing, the agreed work can include identification of patio or other eligible flatwork; material, finish and condition assessment; furniture-access and edge-boundary discussion; pressure washing of the confirmed suitable areas; result and remaining-appearance handoff. We confirm the included tasks, materials and price with you before work begins.
